The Niacin Flush

According to Dr Kats, the Niacin flush has other potential benefits in addition to recovery from spike protein damage: sleep, inflammation, brain fog, fatigue, depression, high cholesterol, detoxification, etc. It consists of 3 primary ingredients. Flush Niacin (powdered), Vitamin E and Selenium (linked below.) Some people are more sensitive to Niacin than others which can cause them to have a more intense “flushing” reaction. They might start with a lower dose of Niacin (dissolved in juice or water) and see if the skin flush is tolerable, then they increase the amount of Niacin gradually.

Dosage Suggestion

My suggestion for starting: 250mg niacin, 1 soft gel of the Vitamin E + Selenium, and 2 capsules of TMG. 2 times a day. About 1/2 hour after eating a meal. Stay hydrated. Then gradually increase the niacin as the flushing gets less and less. You should not need to increase the Vitamin E/Selenium and TMG.
